Reinstatement Policy

Policy's

With the Retirement Process in effect, reinstatement from the faction is now only allowed to personnel reporting back for active service with "Retired Status". This policy exempts all other personnel that has not been on active service from the time the "Retirement Process" has been released for official use of the National Guard. Hereafter is the list of "Employment Statuses" and their eligibility in joining back in National Guard.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS

Retired
-Eligible to reinstate

Discharged
-Eligible to re-apply

Dishonorably Discharged
-Needs Approval from Flagged Command to re-apply
-Needs to file an appeal to MA

Blacklisted
-Not allowed to join the faction whether be as a reinstatement or application

Anyone found and or proven to be violating this policy will be subjected to severe disciplinary course of action from the Department of Military Affairs. For more information and or clarification about this transition, you can contact MA command.
